Before the incident
[REDACTED] was transporting a hot box back to the main kitchen from [REDACTED]. Both elevators were down so he had to bring the hotbox out along the exterior of the hotel to make his way back to the main kitchen. While transporting the box the box came back at him and cause him to strain his wrist. The exterior paths are not level and smooth like the hotel interior BOH. This resulted in a difficult transport with hills and curves along the path.
