Before the incident
The colleague was in the process of building cheese boards and while opening a new wheel of cheese his Left hand slipped down across the tip of his knife which cut the Palm of his Left hand. while he was seated waiting to be helped by our onsite LP team he lost consciousness and split his Right eyebrow in the resulting fall.
