Before the incident
Bringing a cart full of pastries from pastry kitchen to Cool beans. The direct route normally taken is off limits due to construction so the colleague had to take a longer way going through multiple elevators. She pushed the cart into the elevator but the small gap caused the cart to stop and move backwards putting her right hand wrist in an uncomfortable positon.
