What happened
One of the [REDACTED] colleagues while stepping out after his shift radioed [REDACTED] to report that EE appeared to be experiencing symptoms of heat exhaustion. The [REDACTED] then radioed EE to advise him to take a break. EE responded that he had already stepped off the floor and was resting in the cafeteria.[REDACTED] went downstairs to check on him. EE stated that he was not feeling well enough to continue his shift. She agreed and offered him electrolyte drinks and fruit but he declined expressing concern that he might become nauseous. He was given the option to leave his shift and go home once he felt well enough to do so. He later left for the day.The following day [REDACTED] [REDACTED] followed up with EE. She offered him the option of starting his shift later which he accepted noting that he was feeling better.
