What happened
I was in patient room 235 when I heard the bed alarm for room 227 go off. I left the room and ran taking a right down the hallway. As I was about to turn left at the nursing station I tripped on the floor. I rolled once and landed on my back looking up at the ceiling. I don 't remember hitting my head and I initially did not have pain after the fall but later in the night my neck and occiput of the head began to hurt.
