What happened

I and another cna were boosting the patient up in the bed I grabbed the handle of the hover matt to do the boost and when doing the physical action I felt a pinch in my wrist after the transfer. After we boosted the patient up I noticed my wrist hurt pretty good and I wasn 't able to move it very much without pain. I put ice on it right after and had the ice on until I went downstairs to see the occupational health nurse. After I took the ice off I noticed the visible swelling. I went to [REDACTED] town as instructed by my leader and returned to work.
