[REDACTED] states she was assisting with a patient. The pt. hit [REDACTED] on the left arm. The pt. was instructed not to hit the staff. With a closed fist the patient punched [REDACTED] in the right mid-face and nose. Also striking the lower portion of [REDACTED] glasses. HFM Security was called ED doctor informed and the Manitowoc Police dept. was notfied. [REDACTED] applied an ice pack to the injured area.
