What happened
While restraining the patient on and off my whole eight hour shift I strained my neck shoulder muscles. I am having pain and a hard tender lump the size of a large grape on the left side of my neck. The pain goes down my arm shoulder to my fingers and is tingly. The arm is weak. I cant use it as I usually do on regular basis.
