What happened
[REDACTED] closing the gate valve by hand the gate key slipped off the gate nut. Since we were doing the final tightening of the valve we were putting a lot of pressure on the key. When it s lipped I fell to my left but caught myself before hitting the ground. But I felt an intense pain in my left knee.
