What happened
EE was working on the lower west stick return on D-Line. The tensioner was loose and needed to be tightened. There is a bar that 's used to tension it once tensioned there is a pin that needed to be put in place. Another EE was using his foot to gain tension while the injured EE was trying to get the pin in. The bar slipped and hit the injured EE in the left hand.
