EE was moving a railcar south with the trackmobile and did not lower the [REDACTED] located on the north side of the pedestrian crosswalk. The trackmobile hit the chock causing it to jump the track onto the cement crosswalk and then self-rerailing. EE sustained a laceration to the right ear as a result of his head hitting the side window of the trackmobile.
