What happened
Was helping Pt. slide to middle of bed felt slight burn in lower back then gone. Came into work today [REDACTED] and went to help Pt. back to bed when bent over to help with legs felt a pop and heat. After that it is very painful if in bend or reach. Sitting sends painful burst up my back. When I reach up it is the same thing.
