UPON MOVING AN IV BAG IN THE NON-SHARPS MED DISPOSAL BIN I WAS STUCK ON THE HAND BETWEEN MY INDEX AND MIDDLE FINGER. THE NEEDLE HAD A SAFETY SHIELD THAT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED THEREFORE THE NEEDLE WAS EXPOSED.
