What happened
On [REDACTED] a manager reported that an employee was not feeling well in the breakroom. Upon arrival two supervisors were with the employee who stated she felt unwell and believed her blood sugar was low. She declined additional food or drink and staff confirmed she had already consumed several juices. First responders were contacted and upon arrival recommended transport by ambulance which the employee refused. She initially agreed to go to the hospital with a staff member but later declined all medical care. She requested time to rest and a staff member stayed with her until she reported feeling better and no longer needed assistance.
