The employee was manually picking cases of Standard Solutions from a first-level position of racking in the [REDACTED]. While picking the cases he had to bend down to not hit his head on the racking above his head. In picking up a case while still somewhat bent over and in trying to turn around to place the case on the pallet without hitting his head on the rack the employee stated that he threw out his back on the lower right side.
