What happened
Starting pallet exchanger and moved back toward him pinning him the railing. [REDACTED] was positioned on the north side of the pallet exchanger and hit the start button. When the machine started the sled pushed outward and made contact with the forks on the forklift. The resistance of the forklift created a counter force and moved the entire machine back towards [REDACTED] pinning him against the rail.
