What happened
Putting up a pallet on a stack (3 -high). I was leaning over to the side to make sure the pallet was straight that is when I heard a pop. Felt pain on my neck. I tried to keep working but the pain got worse. I went into the break room and put on a ice pack and some bio-freeze. After that I went and told [REDACTED] what happened.
