Agent stated that while working at the ticket counter on [REDACTED] she felt she had strained a muscle but it was tolerable and she went home without reporting. On [REDACTED] while working the ticket counter after lifting there was a shooting pain that progressed. She was also working in the BSO office on [REDACTED] and lifting moving bags from carousel to office. Agent went home without reporting and emailed me after being home and felt she needed to see a doctor.
