Selecting cases for assigned order.

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a selector associate reported experiencing an injury while selecting product at location [REDACTED] on the perishables side of the warehouse. The product involved was meat two cases at 25 lbs. each. The associate stated that while attempting to lift both cases at the same time they felt a sharp pain in their lower back and left arm. Shortly after the incident the associate sought medical treatment at a local emergency room. The associate is scheduled to be evaluated by the company doctor on [REDACTED] at which time potential work restrictions and light duty will be determined.
