Prepping UNFI trailer to start the shift.

A UNFI driver was inside his trailer in the truck yard preparing to use the walkie pallet jack stored at the back of the trailer under a pallet. As he attempted to move the pallet jack from under the pallet he lost control due to the trailer floor being slippery from condensation. As a result his left leg became pinned between the pallet jack and the pallet. EMS was contacted immediately and the driver was transported to Broward Health Imperial Point Hospital for evaluation. He was also referred to the company clinic for further assessment.
