Employee States: Witnesses state that injured employee had said that they had hurt their hand on the production table. Witness states when pain was registered the injured employee had collapsed down. Witnesses state that employee had hit their head on the rounded edge of the production table on the way down and then had landed on the back of their right arm elbow area. 1 24 25 Per Incident report from employee I reached for product the production table and hit my right hand on corner. The pain made me feel lightheaded I leaned on the table for support I fainted and woke up on the floor
