Employee States: Employee stated I was working in fruit market and needed supplies I thought they were in the higher up shelf so I was looking through the shelf on the ladder I thought I had pushed a box of olive trays back all the way but I must not of and when I was off the ladder ready to put it back the ladder hit the box and the box fell and hit me on the head.
