Employee felt pain in neck and left shoulder when reaching for product.

Employee States: Employee states: This is a reoccurring injury I was working banana boxes full of cans off of a pallet and onto a runner and I was lifting a box then felt a pop. I continued working and later on I was reaching for a bin full of cans and when I grabbed the bin off the top shelf it fell to the ground while I was holding it and this was when I felt more pain in my left shoulder and neck. As I 'm working now I start feeling the pain in my neck and my left shoulder. It starts tingling and I feel pain then my left arm goes numb.
