What happened
Employee States: Employee states they were pushing a 2 foot refrigerated case in the back room where we store packaging. Employee states as they were pushing the case their arms started to get hot and painful in their shoulders and knees. Employee states when they attempted to turn the case around they felt the same heat and painful sensation in their lower back.
