What happened

Employee States: Employee was cleaning the area and accidently stepped on avocado on the floor and slipped and fell. He did not hit anything because when I went to the floor I put my hands down to hold myself up at the time I felt a sensation up through my leg all the way to my lower back. At the time I did not thing much of it everybody was around lily came up to me and asked if I was okay. I took pain medication when I went home [REDACTED] because of the pain. [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] my leg became very painful and at one point my leg went numb entirely. On [REDACTED] I went to the emergency room because I was not able to walk fully.
