Before the incident
Employee was cutting butter but took off Cut glove after completing the cuts. After taking cut glove off stated she realized she needed to clean the knife. Employee did so with out the cut glove on and cut her finger.
What happened
Employee States: Team member was cutting butter. She had finished the task and said she took the cut glove off. She then realized that she needed to clean the knife off so she picked the knife back up to wipe it off and drew the blade across her index finger causing a cut on the finger.
