What happened
Employee States: Employee stated I was packaging products. I went over to ice the muffins. I used both hands to squeeze the icing bottle. I felt a pop between my left thumb and my left wrist. It didn 't hurt at the time. I finished my workday. My thumb and left wrist didn 't hurt last night. When I started today I packaged coffee cake. I noticed pain in my wrist and felt pull in my left thumb. My left thumb and wrist feel like they are throbbing. I reported to my team leader. He contacted human safety for me and recommended filling out an incident report.
