What happened
Employee States: The employee was working in marche (made to order bowls and sandwiches.) She was cleaning her station when the incident happened. She bent down to pick up her relief mat from the floor; leaned it on the side of her cooler while she walked to the sanitary station to grab a broom. She walked back to sweep under her relief mat. Upon her first sweep she felt a stabbing pain in the heel of her left foot and felt a rush of pain go up to her left knee. She lost her balance and grabbed onto her cooler to catch herself. She called for a coworker who was nearby who then went to call the chef on duty.
