What happened
Employee States: Employee states Customer came in my line. I asked if they had bags or needed bags. They said they needed bags. So I reached with my left arm for a bag and I felt a pop in my underarm like my shoulder. I rang the customer up finished them thanked them and all that. The next customer came into my line and needed bags. As I reached for a bag there was a sharp pain in the same area. Finished with the customer flashed my light asked you what the lines looked like because I needed to come off the register because I had hurt my arm. I came and sat in the office and you and [REDACTED] came and talked to me.
