Employee States: Employee states; it was the [REDACTED] and I was employed at [REDACTED] in the bakery and they sent me to go do training at [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). I accepted going to [REDACTED] because I really wanted to work for the company and I have a car. So on this day i did training and I came back 1 hour before my usual time I needed to come down at [REDACTED] (am pm?). I went to my car I rested and then at [REDACTED] I took off. I calculated how long it was going to take me and it was about 56 [REDACTED] with some traffic. Often it takes me 52 [REDACTED] to go from one point to another with traffic it 's an hour and 3 [REDACTED]. I started the car and I left because I live in [REDACTED]. So as I was heading home I hear a deafening noise behind me on the right. So I lose control of the steering wheel and I hit the guard rails on the side of the road because someone hit me in the back (of the car).
