Before the incident
Employee was emptying water from blanching pot.
What happened
Employee States: Employee states he was emptying out the blanching pot of water so he could pull it out for cleaning. After removing the majority of the water there was some water left in the bottom. Using a pair of oven mitts he then pulled out the blanching pot however there was still some water on the bottom of the pot. The pot tilted on him spilling hot water on his right foot.
