When he stepped down from the cab of the truck he found the concrete parking pad was raised 4 inches above the trailer parking pad on the next [REDACTED] ([REDACTED] 3). He reports that his foot bent over the edge of the uneven surface stretching his Left foot causing a sharp pain.
