Employee States: Employee states she was asked to retrieve a new shirt for an employee. Employee states that she entered the closet to get the shirt and there was a large shopping cart sitting in the closet. Employee states that she needed to move the cart to retrieve a shirt. Employee states that she slammed her hand on the door while attempting to move the cart out of the way of the bins. Employee states her hand is hurting and employee states she has a very bruised hand tingling and substantial pain.
