Employee States: Employee stated that he was moving sliding a stack of apple boxes with his left knee on a dunnage rack to make more room on the dunnage rack for more apple boxes. With his right foot on ground level he lifted his left leg onto the dunnage rack to move slide the apples boxes with his left knee across the dunnage rack causing the strain in his left knee. Also employee stated that he was lifting 2 boxes of celery when the top one tipped onto his neck causing a cut on his neck throat.
