Employee States: Employee states that she was standing in front of the grill in the kitchen facing the table where the rice bag was set under the table. When she reached down to pick up the bag she felt and heard something in her back pop. She tried to get through her shift but the pain became too much and she spoke to her manager about the incident. Employee states that she had been feeling discomfort and pain in her back before this incident but continuing to lift item in the department unfortunately made the pain worse till the pop in her back picking up the rice.
