What happened

Employee States: Employee was walking out of the kitchen prep area. He was walking through a tight space next to the [REDACTED] Meat KBS [REDACTED] when he tripped on the metal guard that protects the corner of the refrigeration unit that holds the coleslaw potato salad. Employee upon impact fell down to the floor and hit his head forehead against the floor. Employee stated that due to the fall he also felt pain in his legs thigh area. Impact produced a bruise on the left side of his forehead. Employee appeared to have difficulty remembering the entirety of the incident.
