What happened
Employee States: Employee was moving a bread rack and bumped her upper right arm into the door of the bakery oven. The skin on her upper arm stuck to the door and when she pulled her arm away she ripped some of the skin off. Her arm began oozing and turned red and yellow. The area of the burn is about the size of a baseball. Medcore was called and gave directions for wound care.
