What happened
Employee States: Employee states he ran out to tell the driver that the loading plates were not dropping correctly. I asked him to pull out a little bit. Whenever I went back the driver pulled the plate down and the plate dropped so fast I tried to catch myself on the bumpers and I kind of just rolled out. The driver did not see me fall but he saw me on the ground and he saw me having a hard time getting up.
