Lifting and stacking pallet on top of a stack of pallets
What happened
Employee States: The employee lifted one side of a pallet with assistance from another employee. As they raised the pallet above their head to place it on a stack the employee lost grip of the pallet. The employee quickly twisted their arm wrist to avoid dropping the pallet on themselves. The employees were still able to push the pallet onto the top of the pallet stack. The employee reports feeling a shooting pain through their wrist after the incident occurred.
