What happened

Employee States: Employee states: I was collecting convenience case and cafe items and putting them on the runners. They were 5 or 6 crates high. It was above my height. I have done it before though. I was putting a crate of 4 gallons of milk on top of the other crates above my head and I leaned back a little to lift it and I felt a stinging pain in my lower back in the middle. I continued to work but I told my manager what happened. I thought I would be ok to continue working.
