What happened
Employee States: Employee walked out of the back room and onto the sales floor with a pallet of mums (flowers). Employee was trying to get the pallet outside to the front of the store. Employee states that the area she was pulling the pallet through was a tight space. She stated she was trying to get through cheese floral to get to the more open space by the salad wall in produce. During this process she felt the pallet dragging and in turn causing her to have to pull harder. Once the employee pulled she immediately felt a sharp pain all throughout her arm. After this the employee states she felt continuous constant pain.
