Employee States: Employee states he was picking up a few cases of paper bags from the existing almost empty pallet of paper bags in the front corner of the Cart to Curb Staging Area and putting the cases on top of the new pallet of bags. He states that as he was bending downtwisting and lifting a case of bags he felt a stabbing sensation in his lower back. He states that he kept on working because he didn 't feel any discomfort at the time and that he did not inform anyone. He states he was off from the work the [REDACTED] and on [REDACTED] when he tried to get up out of bed for his [REDACTED] shift he felt pain in his lower back and he was unable to get out of bed.
