What happened
Employee States: Maintenance had just come out of the restroom. Employee noticed water on the floor surounding the toilet. Employee went to use the toilet thinking everything would be okay otherwise. As employee was getting dressed he slipped. Trying to catch himself his right ankle went backwards he grabbed onto the safety bar with his right arm and wound up hitting the ground with his right knee. This motion caused him to twist his lower back.
