What happened
Employee States: Injured employee dropped an item on the floor at her register (R18) employee bent over to retrieve the item that was dropped. At the same time the coordinator bent over to pick up the item as well. The employee coordinator ended up bumping heads. Coordinator reported no injured but injured employee reports a lot of pain on her head as she has had procedures on the area of her head that made contact with the coordinators.
