The employee was reaching for a box underneath the steel racking and when getting up she hit her head.
What happened
Employee States: The employee states she was picking up a box of green beans and was actively lifting them up when she hit the back of her head on the bottom metal shelf of the metal storage rack. The employee stated that when her head hit the shelf she felt a sharp pain and than it became a dull throb slowly spreading throughout her head. The employee stated her vision blurred momentarily and there was a ringing in her ears that went away after a few moments. She was able to walk out and tell the produce team leader
