Employee States: Employee stated I was grabbing dough bins to roll. I grabbed the tray of dough balls and hit my head on the new shelf above. I walk out the cooler and rolled the dough. My head started to hurt [REDACTED]. I reported to my chef and food safety coordinator was present. They recommended I fill out an incident report with Human safety. [REDACTED] I started to feel nauseous. I still feel nauseous now.
