Before the incident
Pulling rack out of the oven had heat resistant gloves on both hands there were racks there and needed to be moved. Employee took heat resistant glove off left hand but kept on right hand. Employee reached and moved hot rack with left hand which did not have a heat resentant glove resulting in burn to left hand.
What happened
Employee States: Employee stated she was taking out a rack with rolls from the oven. But as she was setting it aside to adjust the previous racks she had removed her left hand heat resistant glove and she turn back around and grabbed the rack with rolls with her left hand. She did have her heat resistant glove on her right hand.
