Employee States: Employee stated that she entered the asian foods freezer to pick up a frozen box of product (case of eggs). Upon entering the freezer she noticed a runner placed right in front of the shelf. Employee stated that there was no place to move the runner out of the way so she placed the ladder adjacent to the runner. After climbing up the ladder to grab the case of eggs she noticed pain in the back area when she was reaching for the case of eggs.
