Employee States: Spoke with employee over the phone. Employee stated that while working on [REDACTED] she was leaving the freezer carrying a box of cookies. As someone tried to pass by her she twisted her body instead of pivoting. This caused discomfort but she finished her shift. She called out of her next scheduled shift ([REDACTED]) but attempted to work on [REDACTED]. Employee states that she had pain going down her back and legs and was only able to work a few hours before the pain became too much to handle. Employee is now being see by medical professionals.
