Employee States: Employee stated that he was walking to his car to leave for the day. He stated that he was having a conversation with the witness and slipped and fell. He said that he landed on his buttocks to protect his head. He said that he did not feel any pain from the fall just the impact. He said that he tried to plant his left foot to stand but slipped again. He said that this time he laid on his back for a minute. The employee stated that he then got up and entered his vehicle to leave the premises.
